Can I share this package with my family?
Yes. The services included in your benefit package can be shared with your spouse and children.
Do the visits purchased in the enrollment package expire?
Yes. You have 12 months to use this package.
Can I use my HSA or FSA dollars to purchase the enrollment package?
Yes. You can use both your HSA and FSA money towards the purchase of this package.
Can I buy more than one Open Enrollment package?
No. These packages are limited to one per person. If you have a spouse, both of you can buy 1 package, but one individual can only purchase one.
What if I have a significant injury?
All the more reason to sign up and resolve that issue! You can use these sessions however you'd like - it will ultimately be up to you and your doctor to create a plan that helps you meet your goals and address any issues or concerns.
When does this promotion end?
It ends when we run out of promotions or on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 11:59pm, whichever comes first.
